Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the consolidation and analysis of workforce data to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities in employee experience, retention, and performance.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and Total Rewards to interpret people metrics and support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Oversee HR reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with management needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights and dashboards to leadership on headcount, attrition, engagement, succession, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure integrity, accuracy, and compliance of employee information in HR systems.
  • Collaborate with HR Systems and IT teams to optimize HRIS configuration and data structures for efficient reporting.
  • Translate workforce insights into actionable recommendations that inform people strategies and organizational decisions.
  • Support HR planning cycles, audits, and compliance reporting through validated workforce information.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and data-informed decision-making within HR.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field; postgraduate studies are an advantage.
  • At least 6–8 years of relevant experience in people analytics, HR analytics, workforce analytics, HR reporting, or a related field, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Hands-on experience across the analytics lifecycle, including descriptive reporting, diagnostic analysis, predictive analytics, insight generation, and business recommendation development.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI, with strong attention to data accuracy, detail, and effective data visualization.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes, workforce metrics, and employee-data flows across an HRIS or HCM ecosystem; experience with Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, or a similar platform is preferred.
  • Experience identifying and implementing AI or emerging-technology use cases, with an understanding of data privacy, responsible AI, governance, and human oversight.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence HR, IT, business leaders, vendors, and other partners.
  • High learning agility and digital curiosity, with the ability to independently navigate unfamiliar processes, systems, datasets, and evolving business requirements.
